Designed with a higher output intensity than any other 2-inch light on the market, these LED pods feature custom-engineered TIR optics that provide highly functional beam patterns in a durable package. The included flush mount bezel ensures a clean, factory-style appearance once installed.
Focused. Traditional optics can lose light internally and create glare, but our custom-engineered TIR optic collects all light from the LED and directs it precisely where needed, significantly reducing glare and improving efficiency. Unlike other options that lose up to 10 percent of light output through an outer lens, our innovative TIR optic serves as both the optic and main lens, maximizing efficiency and light output (patent pending).
Functional Patterns. Each beam pattern option is crafted using optical simulation modeling to ensure a highly functional output. Whether you need fog or flood lighting, we have the right optic for you:
- SAE Fog pattern provides a wide 80-degree field of view with high-intensity output, making it a great upgrade for factory fog lamps, available in cool white or yellow to enhance visibility in poor weather.
- Flood pattern offers uniform illumination with a 60x60 degree spread, perfect for low-speed backup lighting or illuminating trailers and work sites.
Not Just Off-Road. When installed as a pair and aimed correctly, the Fog pattern meets SAE J583 standards for legal on-road use. Always check local regulations for installation and aiming.
Color Options. Choose between a cool white (6000K) that matches most factory LED lighting or a selective yellow (3000K) for high contrast in challenging weather. Replacement lenses are available to customize your LED pods further.
Power Levels. Our LED pods come in two power levels, utilizing high-intensity emitters and TIR optics for unmatched focus and output, with the Pro option offering double the power.
Backlight Functionality. Each pod features a unique backlight in white, amber, red, or blue, illuminating the TIR optic for a modern look that stands out.
Simple Connections. Equipped with a custom-molded DT type Deutsch-style connector and a 6-inch pigtail, installation is straightforward—wire yourself or use an optional harness.
