The Stage Series Backlit Ditch Light Kit is engineered specifically for the Ford F-150 2021-2022, allowing for the seamless installation of two SS3 or SSC2 Backlit Pods above the hood. These application-specific brackets are CAD-designed to utilize factory mounting points, ensuring a straightforward installation process without the need for cutting or drilling. The low-profile design minimizes glare and does not interfere with hood operation.
Backlight Functionality. This kit includes SS3 LED pods featuring a brilliant Amber backlight, providing an additional accent light alongside the main beam. The integrated backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic, offering a modern look that surpasses traditional indicator LEDs. To activate the backlight, simply use the included harness to connect to your desired vehicle function.
Built to last. Crafted from thick-gauge stainless steel, the brackets in this kit are designed to withstand the elements and resist corrosion over time. Unlike options made from mild steel, these stainless steel brackets ensure durability and stability, preventing vibrations or bouncing while driving.
Focused. Traditional optics can lose light internally and create excessive glare, but the custom-engineered TIR optic in the SS3 collects all light from the LED and directs it precisely where needed.
