Traditional optics often waste light due to internal reflection and glare, but the advanced TIR optic in this LED Pod collects and directs all emitted light precisely where it’s needed, significantly reducing glare and maximizing efficiency. Unlike standard options that can lose up to 10% of their light output through an outer lens, this custom-molded TIR optic serves as both the optic and main lens, enhancing overall light output (patent pending).
Functional Patterns. With a variety of beam pattern options designed through optical simulation modeling, there’s a perfect fit for every auxiliary lighting need. The SAE Fog pattern, in particular, offers an exceptionally wide field of view with high-intensity output across an 80-degree spread, making it a fantastic upgrade for factory fog lamps. Choose from cool white or selective yellow output colors, with the latter helping to cut through inclement weather.
Not just off-road. When installed in pairs and aimed according to state regulations, the Fog pattern complies with SAE J583 standards for legal on-road use. Optional snap-on covers in various colors are available to protect your LED Pod from dirt and debris while keeping it stylish.
Power Options. Available in three power levels—Sport, Pro, and Max—each option utilizes high-intensity LED emitters and TIR optics for unparalleled focus and output. The Max version stands as the most powerful option available.
Simple Connections. Featuring a custom-molded DT type Deutsch-style connector, each LED Pod comes with a 6-inch pigtail with bare leads. For easy installation, you can wire it yourself, use an off-the-shelf Deutsch DT sized wire harness, or opt for an optional Diode Dynamics wire harness.
