Unlike traditional optics that lose light to glare and internal reflection, the custom-engineered TIR (total internal reflection) optics in the SS5 effectively collects and directs all light exactly where you need it. Selectable Backlight. Each LED pod features a unique selectable backlight with eight vibrant color options, providing not only a stylish accent but also increased visibility when the main beam isn’t in use. Changing the backlight color is a breeze—simply alternate the power on and off, eliminating the need for complicated programming.
Simple Connections. The SS5 LED pods are equipped with a custom-molded DT type Deutsch-style connector, making installation straightforward. The kit includes DT splitters to connect the pods seamlessly, along with a 6-inch pigtail with bare leads. Whether you choose to wire it yourself or opt for an off-the-shelf Deutsch DT sized wire harness, installation is hassle-free.
